New Forecast: The Sun Enters the Pisces Sky on February 18-19
Aries: Some of those planets that were hanging out with Jupiter and Neptune in Aquarius are now moving into Pisces and into your solar twelfth house. That's where the stuff that dreams are made of can be accessed. The twelfth house includes everything except what physically is at present. There in the arena of the astral plane bordered on the right by Fantasy Island and on the left by the Twilight Zone, anything is possible. What you may discover this month is that if you are plugged into the information that the media machine is generating, you are missing the magic that lies on the other side in the realm of the invisible. One can deny that there even is another side to life, just as one can disregard that magic is a legitimate and authentic part of existence. It is sad but true that those who fail to do so never quite realize the dream-that is why this house is sometimes a place of shortcomings. In your case this month, the answer is with Saturn moving through the opposite sixth house of your chart. Just keep going back to the drawing board and wait for the guardians up above (your higher selves and yes there are more than one) to decide that your efforts are finally ready for prime time. Then you can reach the understanding that nothing less than perfection will suffice. Can the ideal be achieved in the material world? Well, you keep insisting that it can and it appears you are getting a whole lot closer.
Taurus: Your standards just cannot be compromised and when others try to persuade you otherwise, you dig in your heels and refuse to budge. This is why you have the reputation of being impossibly obstinate. Stubbornness is not altogether negative, although when the trait is carried to the extreme, it certainly can be. This month, it appears to be a matter of others wanting you to go along with ideas you disagree with and you ending up going it alone while holding on and sustaining your principles. To the outside world, you seem to be behaving rebelliously. From your viewpoint, you are merely being real with what you know to be true. Ah, if only more of us could demonstrate such conviction and sustain our strongest values regardless of what happens in the passing parade we refer to as everyday living? Still, that steadfast, unchanging quality that you have made famous is a luxury that not everyone can afford right now. In times of crisis, perhaps it is best to be flexible, but a flexible Taurus just would not be what it is supposed to be. Gemini: This is the time to show the world the fruits of your mental labors over the past few months. You have been cooking up a plethora of schemes about how to save the planet (which translates into the means to save yourself) and it is time for action. All eyes appear to be upon you and all signs point to inevitable success. In fact, that may be something that arouses feelings of trepidation, as success can be equated with definitive commitments sapping your energy and taking up all your time. Nonetheless, you still have plenty of exciting opportunities that you could be bringing in and planting as seeds for the future. The self-knowledge you have gained keeps reminding you that an ace in the hole is essential, and your right to a change of heart as well as a change of mind must always be part of the ground rules. You can be one of the easiest people to get along with, as you are usually so willing to forgive and forget. That is because you are a free spirit with little attachment to the outcome, whatever outcome that might be. What is far more important than obtaining a definitive result is the ability to have fun playing the game, and when the game is no longer enjoyable being in a position to change it. The question is--what game do you really want to play now? Does anything ever feel new to you anymore?
Cancer: This period is a time of high visibility, so someone or something is going to drag you out on the playing field, if necessary, where you can fulfill your destiny. So much the better, might this take place in a location far away from home. You are inclined to exercise more discretion than usual and tell only what others are prepared to hear from you, however in private and in the company of trusted allies, it is another story. You might shock your friends with what you have to say. Still, the shock could prove to be a blessing in disguise. Now would it not be wonderful if a blessing came along that was not in disguise. You are long overdue for a close encounter with someone who loves you and while the connection is sure to be anything but conventional, the experience is not likely to disappoint. The mistake you might be tempted to make is to try to make sense of it. The gift, however, unfolds when you acknowledge how the most magical experiences are complete mysteries and are not concerned with making any sense at all.
Leo: You are someone who creates your own circumstances rather than sink into the familiar cry that somebody 'out there' is doing something to you. Of all the signs, you are the one who holds yourself accountable for every experience that unfolds along the way, as you journey through life. So for all the talk that Leo can be a great big baby, no one has to take the blame for your mistakes. If you want to bask in the sunshine of glowing notices, you also have to be willing to hear from the folks who are not booking your act. Half of the planets are rising just above your descendant in your solar chart (that is the chart where the Sun is placed on the horizon.) The period you are about to move through is a rare one indeed where their opinions matter more than yours. Still, if someone hurts your pride, you are inclined to want to call the bouncer and remove them from Club Leo. The lesson of the month for you is that not everyone has to play the game of life by your rules and that letting people be who they are carries more weight than imposing your value system. The majority of the planets are in Aquarius and Pisces, the two extra-dimensional energies that are more concerned with the big picture and the greater good. So put your personality aside this month (and for a while to come) and join Club Universe instead.
Virgo: Sometimes, no matter what you personally do, the deck is stacked against you. All those belief systems that swear you create and control every moment of your reality are what people want to hear but not what people experience 24/7/365. The point is that working against a stacked deck in a game where the house always wins is not the raw deal it seems to be at first. You always have the option of walking out the door. When the game has integrity and is played with fairness in mind, it is ultimately more gratifying than greedily filling up the coffers with a consistently devalued coin of the realm. It is likely that times are a bit tough and in some way you are being shortchanged. Look at it this way. You want the benefit of challenging and strengthening experiences that make you more effective while teaching you to be more accepting of your shortcomings. This is not a time to play out your best known role-the one where you are a critic. Continue to keep your eye on improving a situation but do not crucify yourself if you cannot. If every one who ever wrote a self-help book had a formula that never failed, why would we still have so many issues?
Libra: Energetic Mars, buoyant Jupiter and magical Neptune lend their energies to your solar fifth house this month and not only are your creative efforts fine and abundant but romance is in the air as well. Romance, however, is not the same as love. It would seem that the month is better geared for fun and fantasy than something substantial that is also lasting. As if that were not enough, Venus goes forward and backward through your relationship house, so do not be surprised by an on again-off again situation with someone you think you want in your life. You do but you want them to behave differently. Well, what else is new? If you want them to be someone else, why not create a relationship with the one you want-or would it be the same story once you did. Part of this pattern can be attributed to transiting Saturn in Virgo going through the twelfth house. Ah, now you are in fantasy land; only this time, you are intently seeking out the road back to reality. Reality is an imperfect place but at least it is a place where you can get a decent meal. So accept all of its flaws and enjoy it as much as possible because your hidden tendency to be fault finding with anything less than ideal is interfering with the quintessential Libra principle and your desire to be the perfect complement. Scorpio: Your line of work receives a shot-in-the arm. Your psychic gifts amaze everyone who knows you and no one more than you. You have been so focused on your relationship (s), however, that you have been missing some of the messages emerging from the inner realms. Your attention has been diverted by events and occurrences that you have taken personally and it may be time to detach to some degree.

Once that happens, if it has not already, take care with the information that you are receiving. Maybe you thought angels were whispering in your ear and that what they are revealing to you could transform the world. Perhaps it can, however, there is no need to be so intense about the situation; it is a slow process even though currently it does need to be accelerated. As far as the angels are concerned; it was really you all along, telling yourself the truth. In this particular case, the truth will not only set you free; it will save your life.
Sagittarius: Your financial picture could change dramatically but then these days you could say that about almost everybody. It is being said about you, Sag, because Pluto, the tiny little planet that has such immense power (even though it works invisibly beneath the surface) is moving through your solar second house and that is where your treasury is, as well as your personal value system. The two work hand in hand. This month you are likely to change that system before someone else does, for you are usually two steps ahead of the other signs. Your gift of prophecy is further enhanced by three planets in Aquarius and three in Pisces (neither sign a slouch in the psychic realm) and your conversation is punctuated with fabulous foretelling of things to come. Saturn, rising up at the top of your solar chart makes sure you will have an audience and if you are careful about setting limits, you may be surprised by some of the people that are listening to you now. The increasing interest your outlook is attracting is sure to give you more confidence but then that really has never been your problem. You are almost always sure you are right and this can be dangerous because not everything is easy to interpret and not everyone fits a stereotypical mold. There will always be mystery, questions will continue to go unanswered and this is perhaps more true than we think. Capricorn: You might enjoy spending some extra time on the home front doing the things you love to do when at home. Your life of late has
been so much about fulfilling responsibilities and gaining ground in achieving your purpose that you may have failed to notice how much others miss having you around more. This month you will notice because you are ready to be spoiled just a little. If life is about balance, it is time for you to enjoy the things you do not usually let yourself have. You are altering the old definition of your sign and repackaging your persona, so that you come across in a way that is both more interesting and more open. Remember that your sign is the closest example of the public mind-set and if the public feels it is slipping, it is among your many jobs to reboot and come up with a new picture on the screen of reality. Just do not get carried away with the forces that you are channeling. They were transmitted through you because you are known to be the pinnacle of self-discipline-- an excellent guardian of the powers at your command. Those powers are about to show you worlds you never even dreamed existed.
Aquarius: Normally cool, you are charged up this month and everyone is taking note of the change. You have delved into a well of ancient knowledge and it is stimulating your mental faculties and taking your consciousness to new heights. Why did this not happen before? Well you know the answer--the universe is not in any hurry yet it is always on time. For the longest period, you have sensed that there is a lot more to life than what your eyes, ears, nose, hands and tongue can experience. Does it not amaze you that the report we receive from our five senses is as far as most humans on the planet seem willing to go? You Aquarius have been blessed with an endless curiosity and you never stop seeking for truth. The question is this. Is truth an absolute pie-in-the-sky reality, or is it more of a subjective experience? Are there many truths and many solutions to the same problem? Do we set limits in the name of control and pay the price for doing so by shutting out valuable data that would immediately alter our interpretation of how the universe works? When people are without boundaries, they are an invasion, so setting limits is necessary. Still, borderlines can be redrawn and previous limits can be extended. Go ahead and keep extending the limits, remaining cautious by bearing in mind that your energy can become larger than life. If your sign does not push the envelope, who will?
Pisces: This month is your time and you have some fabulous ideas that you would like to set into motion. Your challenge is that some of the folks who could assist you in the process fail to see eye to eye with your plans. They say it is not practical, as if that were the only element in life and the only criterion for serious consideration. If they had your magic, their willingness to participate might be a different story. Actually, those who are resisting you like your ideas, so it is not that they want to stop your energy. It is more a case of your needing to prove your point in no uncertain terms--terms that you do not require but that they do. If you want their backing, you have to back up your theories with concrete evidence. Do not be surprised when your current agenda moves through different phases and do not be discouraged either because after each phase has run its course, it becomes obvious that your understanding of the matter was right on from the start.
