As the world celebrates the alleged exit of the Bush regime and replaces it with the inspirational hope of the Obama era, the message of the Aquarian Age comes through loud and clear. We are all in this together and each of us must pull our own weight and turn the tide. Obama's eloquent and timely message is the voice his Aquarian ascendant was destined to channel into the heart of mass consciousness. Neptune, the planetary energy of inspiration and idealism, Chiron, the wounded healer and the Moon's north node, the direction that must be taken to succeed, are all crossing over Obama's ascendant and many people know in their hearts and souls that what he says is the truth we all need to hear.

What many who speak of the Aquarian Age may not be aware of is that the 'New Age' is actually the Aquarius/Leo age―Leo being the sign that is Aquarius' opposite on the zodiacal wheel. It is also Obama's Sun sign and Leos likes to play the role of the king. So while Barack has been awakened through his Leo Sun to the power within, many of his followers have not yet had that opportunity.

Leo represents the greatest potential for self-awareness. In Leo, the Self is lit up from the inside with an intense consciousness of self, so that it can have pride in its individuality and remain centered in its own truth.

In the 'New Age', each person is to know from the inside who they are so that people do not give themselves away to a mass produced illusion and end up feeling betrayed, exploited and victimized. The belief that something or someone outside of oneself is going to give any of us what we want is a false belief and it ought to be because each of us and all of us have the power within to fulfill our lives. It starts with the understanding that we are not here on Earth to get what we want; we are here on Earth to do what we can. The more we realize that, the more we contribute and the more we contribute, the more satisfied we become.

So what the media generated reality is demonstrating is that most people, though they might deny it, are looking for something outside themselves--a savior--who is better than they are and who can fix problems that they are unable to handle themselves. Right now that savior appears to be Barack Obama.

Meanwhile on November 26/27, Pluto, the astrological energy that shatters and transforms, is entering the sign of Capricorn the sign that most represents the material power structure.

At the end of November, George W. Bush, in his last two months as acting president, is assembling 20 of the world leaders to discuss and possibly alter the way the world monetary system works. Up to now, Obama has not been invited to this conference so we can only assume that he is not part of the plan.

The plan could eventually do away with money and replace it with something completely artificial, the next step to follow what occurred at Bretton Woods in July of 1944 when the super rich, applying the economic philosophy of John Maynard Keynes, found a way to get even richer while keeping the poor even poorer.

So there seems to be two realities that all of us are confronting. The jubilation of having a charismatic and benevolent presence in the White House that heartens the downtrodden middle-class citizens who want everything to be OK again (when, in fact, their picture of OK has been hurting the planet's ecological system and creating outrageous inequalities and flagrant abuse and corruption.)

Then we have a very small minority of people who think that they are the world and have found a way to manipulate and control reality so that the masses believe they are getting what they want when, as already stated, only the individual can create what is wanted and it is created through contribution, not desire.

So I am personally very grateful that I have been given the assignment that I have here on Earth to serve others in the process of self-empowerment for that is the true spirit of the Aquarius/Leo 'New Age', a time where everyone alive is strong and satisfied and always personally accountable for the choices that are made and the consequences that follow.

Forecast for December

Aries-This month you could feel torn between wanting to escape and sail the seven seas in search of a new adventures versus stationing yourself on the home front, sorting out the mess of all that surrounds you and what it means to your future. You are usually the first one to spot what is forthcoming and your inborn capacity to see around corners makes people want to hear your latest revelation. In hard times, it is foolish to give away something that people are willing to pay for. If you devote the bulk of your time to your own brand of forecasting, what was once a hobby can become an almost full time career. Since you sense what the very next thing will be, your challenge as this year comes to an end is to determine how much that is worth and then put it (or yourself) on the market. You have got to do something to elevate your current place in the scheme of things or you just might explode.

Taurus: Sometimes we may not want to hear the truth—at least some of us, but this time you do. You have practically had to crawl over the broken dreams of your past and you are facing the reality of your present, for what other way do you know how to live.? While very little appears to be the way you like it, which is stable, secure and serene, it is up to you to go to a place where peace of mind can prevail. You can only have this peacefulness, however, if those you are relying upon are telling you the truth. It is never too soon to check out some of the stories you are hearing. The odds are that some of them are just that—stories. You are doing a lot of growing up during these turbulent times. Make sure the people you play with are interested in getting serious as well. Otherwise, it may cost you more than you can afford right now.

Gemini: The power seems to be in the hands of others and you do not like it at all. It is not that you are above playing games, as long as the fun lasts. Only your interactions with most of the people you are connecting with may leave you thinking,”I am not amused.” Instead of reacting to their misguided strategies as if you are the target, turn the tables and in your inimitable style, tell them that you and they are out of alignment. Then prepare your own proposal on how to proceed. Since your philosophy is more often than not—'it is OK if it is and it is OK is it isn't', you really cannot lose. But they can unless you are dealing with another Gemini, in which case, stop trying to make sense of what is going on. Then you can start having fun again.

Cancer: If you travel this month, the journey might change your direction in life. Come to think of it, you would not mind at all since you are ready for the next chapter. Nevertheless, although the setting, the costumes and the props in your movie may be transformed by some alchemical magic, the agenda remains very much as before. Others are enjoying the holidays as best as they can, considering the turmoil around them, but you are working around the clock. Whether or not you are actually receiving your deserved remuneration is another story. Perhaps you might contemplate a change of career so that you get paid helping everyone around you get through these days in one piece. You are at your best when life is at its worst for no one listens to a sob story as intently and sympathetically as you do nor does anyone know better than you how to dry their tears and replace it with a great big smile on their grateful faces. Leo: Take advantage of those holiday parties, because you are sure to steal the thunder. You are funny, witty and fabulously entertaining and you appear to be having the time of your life. Wait a minute—what about the recession, the credit crisis, the wars that never end and eat up all the money, the forces of nature that leave millions homeless or the foreclosures that pretty much do the same thing. Frankly, Scarlett, you do not give a damn. You spent two years in hell, robbing Peter to pay Paul and now you are going to kick up your heels and enjoy an end of the year blast. Does that sound like Nero fiddling while Rome burns. Perhaps, but that is not so bad. Nero was enjoying it a lot more than the poor folks he was feeding to the lions. As a lion yourself, you are ready to make the rounds of every party within a twenty mile radius where you can pull out all the stops as you make one spectacular entrance after another. Remember your dignity though-it is the main element that prevents something dazzling and attention commanding from becoming obnoxious.

Virgo: While Cancerians do overtime on the job and Leos are ready to party every night, you want to stay home and ponder where you are going with the rest of your life. The last thing you need to do is worry about it because despite your critical tendencies and skeptical outlook, you usually wind up ahead of your game. How do you manage? Perhaps, it is because while others get lost in their drama, you keep things humming along with the maximum amount of efficiency and the minimum amount of theatrics. Everyone thinks you are a jewel while you hardly ever think you are good enough. The question becomes, 'good enough for what”. You are about ready to unveil another marvelous concept that can make life easier in some small way. You did have some help in putting that idea together, however, as usual you would prefer to do it all by yourself.

Libra: You can hardly believe your eyes and ears at what you are seeing nowadays. It does not do much good to complain. Besides it puts a tarnish on that Mr/Ms. Congeniality label that you are getting fairly sick of even though you are not quite ready to blow your cover. Still, you cannot stop yourself from acknowledging how out of balance the whole story has become where nothing is working out the way you wanted it to and everything is the opposite of what you were so sure it would be. Your attention in this life has always been outer-directed; it is about time you introduced yourself to the person who lives inside you, beneath the charming smile and the gracious outer image? If you maintain your reputation for reasonableness and decorum, folks might start to hear your truth without cringing in fear for their lives. Life on Earth is about evolution and that is why when we start walking, we do not walk backwards.

Scorpio: You might wish that the subject of money never had to come up and that you could concentrate on higher thoughts. There are, however, bills to pay and the last thing you want is to go into deeper debt. Smart cards and chips in the arm are not that far away--it's all part of the plan. Is it not amazing that people still have faith in the system, considering the extent to which they have been lied to, bamboozled and exploited? To the victors go the lion's share and to the rest, the leftover crumbs. Instead of standing up and calmly demanding justice, the crowd goes ballistic and spins out of control, giving the power elite justification for further dis-empowerment. Since your sign is about self control in a crisis, you ought to come through this part of the human journey unscathed. While some of the current goings on are outrageous, it gives you the opportunity to see that most of it is none of your business. Silence has never been more golden and Scorpios ought to be ever more silent.

Sagittarius: You are generally blessed with good fortune, however, if you push your luck too much, it could change. An erosion of character takes place when you believe somehow that the fickle finger of fate is always on the upswing in your life. You keep pushing the envelope and your over the top antics get frowned upon by the home office. They sent you here to get a job done, not to tell the rest of us how to live. It is a cold, tough reality out there for many of your brothers and sisters, so if you find yourself on your high horse preaching your moral code, do not forget that some of us are fighting for our lives. Facing the reality of the times is a slice of humble pie that is being warmed up for you in the oven, as we speak. You ought to feel so much better once you have had the chance to digest it. On the other hand, you just might make a whole lot of money this month with four planets in Capricorn in your solar second house and huff and puff yourself up more than ever, because that is what Sagittarians like to do.

Capricorn: You might want to operate behind closed doors this month but stop kidding yourself. It's as if you live in a glass house and work in a department store window. Everybody knows what you are up to and the reason they do is that you told them months ago. Now you yearn for some privacy and some intimacy but that does not mean you are going to get it. You are probably working on some far-out project and when the results are in the human race will have a better understanding of some of life's most mysterious secrets. Still, as new information keeps pouring in and flooding your circuits, you wonder if you have bitten off more than you can chew. Rubbish, you say--you are prepared take on the world. Ah, but this time you have taken on even more than that.

Aquarius: Those four planets in your solar twelfth house are sending you transmissions and you wonder where the source of this information is located. You have no problem trusting in an invisible world, just as long as you can resonate with the vibes you are picking up from there. Nonetheless, you are almost dying to know who is generating the vibes. As a sign that likes strangeness and celebrates when there is a turnaround, the next month is right up your alley. There is nothing like a dose of shock therapy to wake up the genius in you and the truths you will be telling us at the end of this year is going to put a whole different kind of spin on the year to come.

Pisces: It is all about relationships this month. The phones are ringing off their hooks, the mail is flowing in with good wishes and you have never felt more loved nor more appreciated. Is it not about time that everyone realized what a treasure you are? You deserve special treatment and the world is going to offer it. Why is all this happening? Well most people are terribly concerned about their future and you already know what is going to happen. Your metaphysical powers have seldom if ever been more needed. The unimaginable is actually occurring, so please let us know what our choices are. We do not expect for you to play the role of savior, but could you give us a hint of what the next step might be.
